We understand there are many questions that arise when choosing to work with a personal trainer.  Below are some of our most frequently asked questions.  Please feel free to reach out to us directly via phone, text or email if you have additional questions.

What is the cost of your program?

Since our programs are designed to be highly personalized cost will vary from client to client. Cost per session is calculated by number of sessions purchased, distance (i.e mileage) and weekly commitment.  For more information please call us directly.

What is your fitness approach?

We offer a goal-oriented, open minded approach.  We work in a fun relaxed atmosphere, but within a structure that meets client goals.

What equipment will I need?

We do not require any equipment, however we do have products we recommend to clients wishing to build a home gym and expand their work-out capabilities.  Please see our PRODUCTS page for more information.

How soon will I see results?

Results will vary based on many factors including number of sessions per week, nutrition and commitment.   While we cannot guarantee desired outcomes, those wishing to lose weight will typically begin to see noticeable results in a few weeks while those with more complex goals may see results in 6-8 weeks.
